OUR WORK
Cement Sector - 2025
ESG Reporting & GreenCo Certification process
We supported a cement manufacturing plant on ESG reporting and the development of a net-zero / decarbonisation roadmap for the sector. We are currently preparing the plant’s GreenCo (CII) submission, a comprehensive certification that requires evidence across energy management, water management, carbon management, material/resource optimisation, green supply chain, green built environment, product stewardship, life-cycle assessment and more. Our role has included collecting, validating and analysing operational and emissions data; compiling documentation aligned to credit requirements; producing LCA-informed assessments; and preparing stakeholder-ready presentations that translate technical findings into strategic decisions.
WASH Sector - 2025
Climate-resilient WASH Framework & Pilot Project
We are partnering with a global WASH organisation to design a climate-resilient framework that can be embedded across programme cycles. Workstreams include desk research and best-practice synthesis, stakeholder mapping, modular framework design, and creation of a practical implementation guide (tools, checklists and monitoring indicators). We are moving from research to pilots by preparing readiness assessments and supporting on-ground roll-out and capacity building.
